En el dia de ayer trate de cargar una tarjeta de personal light, pero segun me informaron luego de todo un dia de reclamos, se lo acreditaron a otro numero... pero ahora no me lo van a dar a mi, que compre una tarjeta de 30... y tampoco me aseguran que esto no va a volver a ocurrir.
Ahra, tengo que ir a una de las casas centrales a explicar otra vez toda esta historia, para ver si me dan alguna solucion en el horario de mi trabajo. Es decir, me roban una y otra y otra vez y no me dejan quejar...

Trabajé en un call center, eso no es novedad, lo que te puedo decir Raúl Oscar, que lo mejor es llamar gritar, putear y pedir una y otra vez hablar con un supervisor, cuando logres que algún chico te comunique con un supervisor le explicas por enesima vez tu problema y pide pide pide el número de gestión, algún día después de 205 llamadas algún bondadoso, se apiadará de ti, y te dará una carga gratis... y si no, que Dios te lo pague. Porque Personal: es una empresa multinasional que roba roba miente y roba más cada día llevandose toda la plata al extranjero, y explota a pibes, pagando la mitad del sueldo de un empleado telefónico, le paga como empleado de comercio cumpliendo con la misma labor, pero en este país solo la queja reiterada, y si es necesario llamá a la defensoría del pueblo, la de consumidores y tb la de comunicaciones.. y mucha mucha paciencia...
